| RS Marketing offers a wide array of services from several banks and other financial institutions. Most of these services require an application and employ service contracts between the merchant and the financial institution. All terms and conditions of these contracts are provided along with the application to allow the merchant to consider them before applying. As with all contracts, you should read and understand the terms and conditions in these contracts before signing. | ||
| Many e-commerce products and services are limited to businesses owned and operated within the United States. Any location restrictions are provided in the information pages for that product as well as the order form. Separate sections of the RS Marketing Web site have been created for both US and Non-US businesses. | ||

Payment for items requiring an application are required to be made by check. Since these items also require the applicant to return a signed application, the check for payment may be included with the application. Examples of products and services requiring payment by check include merchant account and payment services. Payment for all other products and services may be paid by check or by credit card. These items do not require application and are available for order fulfillment when payment is received. Examples of products and services that may be paid by either check or credit card include shopping carts and the RS Mall E-commerce Store. Credit card payments may be made online using our secure transaction and payment system. When payment is made by credit card, we will begin immediately to process your order.
